At Fire Fashion, all purchases are considered final once the order has been successfully placed.
Due to the nature of our children's wear products and for hygiene and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products once they have been delivered.
Customers are requested to carefully check the product details, available sizes, colours, designs and other information before placing an order.

We recommend checking the size information provided on the product page before placing your order.
Once an order has been delivered, a request for a different size, colour, design or product will not be accepted.
Fire Fashion will not be responsible for size selection made by the customer.
ORDER CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel your order, please contact Fire Fashion as soon as possible after placing the order.
Cancellation may be possible only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, packed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Although we follow reasonable quality checks before dispatch, if you receive a product that appears damaged or defective, please contact Fire Fashion customer support as soon as possible after delivery.
You may be required to provide photographs, videos, order details or other information to help us verify the issue.
If the issue is verified as a genuine product defect or damage caused before delivery, Fire Fashion may, at its discretion and subject to product availability, provide an appropriate resolution such as a replacement or refund.

After verification, Fire Fashion may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund.
Requests must be reported within the applicable period communicated by Fire Fashion.

Products that have been correctly delivered and received in good condition cannot be returned or exchanged due to:
